First, Scorpios need to restore their metabolism. Their body is tired of high-calories and heavy food. Exclude fatty meat (lamb, pork) from the diet; instead, eat seafood, fish, chicken, turkey meat. We recommend using beef liver – it is rich in vitamins A, D, and trace elements (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, and chromium ). It is very low in fat and therefore the liver is an excellent product in the Scorpio diet.

For weight loss, I will best fit low-carb diets, such as the: Kremlin, Atkins, Kim Protasova, etc.

Very helpful weekly fasting days.

For fast weight loss, it is not good to use fast diets with a sharp restriction of calories. Fasting days are best on Tuesdays.
