- diet yogurt, natural fruit juice without sugar (100 g), 1 orange
Lunch:

- hard-boiled egg, low-fat yogurt, vegetable salad, 2 crackers
Dinner:
- vegetable salad, grilled chicken breast (250 g)
Drinks: – green tea. drink as much as you like during the day, most importantly – without sugar. Green tea is useful due to its calcium fluoride content: it prevents the deposition of salts, preserves tooth enamel, and bone tissue.
