Hallucinations are false perceptions of reality that can affect every sense: sight, smell, touch, taste, and hearing. Most people with schizophrenia, however, experience auditory hallucinations and hearing voices in their head is the most common.
2- Delusions
These are irrational beliefs that aren’t grounded in reality. They’re usually personal and follow specific themes, which can be so outrageous they seem right out of a page-turning spy novel.
