Soup diet
The diet is based on the use of a special soup (it includes cabbage, onions, celery, carrots, tomatoes, and bell peppers) and a small amount of lean meat, vegetables, and fruits for 10 days. The result is from 5 to 7 kg.

Fourth | Tea or coffee without sugar, soup | Boiled low-fat fish (200 g), stewed cabbage without oil | 2 egg omelette, cabbage and carrot salad with lemon and parsley |
Fifth | Tea or coffee without sugar, soup | Boiled beef (200 g), vegetable salad from cabbage and carrots, compote | Boiled egg, coleslaw and tomato salad |
The next 5 days, repeat the menu again.
