Cucumber
Cucumbers are rich in water and fiber, essential for weight loss. They’re also low in calories, so they won’t significantly increase your daily calorie intake. Cucumber contains just 16 calories per cup; therefore, it’s hardly worth counting. According to studies, consuming meals high in water yet low in calories leads to considerable weight reduction.
Cucumber is also known to help with metabolism, or how quickly your body burns calories. It also includes a considerable quantity of vitamin C and acts as a natural diuretic, similar to Lemon.
Ginger
Ginger is a flavorful root that can help to control appetite by regulating blood sugar and serum cholesterol. Spikes and dips in these numbers often lead to overeating, or excessive snacking on unhealthy foods. Ginger can also suppress the fattening stress hormone cortisol and give you a boost of energy. It’s not enough to keep you awake, but you may find that ginger means you wake up refreshed and ready to go.
